1. Requirements:
Only for computers running Microsoft Windows 11 x64. At this time no other
operating systems are supported.
Internet connection is required for license validation.
Only one machine can be authorized per license.
The first time you run MBM, it will require your license key from
lemonsqueezy.com. Entering your license key to authorize your machine permanently pairs it
with your machine.
2. License Grant
The software is licensed, not sold. This license grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable right to use the software on one (1) machine for one (1) year. Only one
machine can be authorized per license.
Commercial Use: Commercial use is authorized
by this license. Please note: Only one machine can be authorized per license.
3. License Restrictions
One Machine Per License: Each license key is
valid for use on a single specific machine only. You may not use the same license key on
multiple devices simultaneously or sequentially. Unauthorized sharing or duplication of
license keys is strictly prohibited.
No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse
engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or otherwise attempt to derive the source
code or internal structure of the executable, except and only to the extent that such
activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may
not modify, tamper with, or create derivative works based on the software.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim,
damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising
from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the
software.
